Summer sizzle 2019

McPherson’s annual Summer Sizzle was a smashing success this year! $17,000 was raised for the school’s “upGRADE: Make IT Happen” campaign, funding new technology to replace old outdated equipment.

New School Website

James B. McPherson Elementary website has a new look! Educational Networks worked with staff at McPherson to deliver a brand new site with tons of new functionality and new navigation.

Our Mission

We are Friends of McPherson— a non-profit organization working to assist James B. McPherson Elementary School in Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood. Through fundraising activities, including special events, solicitations and grant requests, FOM strives to support the school’s academic and extra-curricular programs.
