FOM Events
Friends of McPherson hosts events throughout the school year to raise money for our school and to strengthen our community.
Through these great events (which are tons of fun), we are thrilled to be able to support our school in various ways including teacher enrichment, supplying technology to classrooms, hosting teacher and staff appreciation events, supporting classroom needs, bus and field trip support, school beautification, after school programming, and curriculum enrichment and enhancement.

Affy Tapple Fundraiser - October
One of our sweetest and most popular fundraisers! Be on the lookout in September for order forms in backpacks and information online on how to place your order!
Brews and Boards - Feb. 6th, 2026
Enjoy some Chicago brews at Is/Was Brewing while you mingle with McPherson parents and teachers, play board games or enter the Jenga tournament! Includes two drinks on selected brews on tap, light snacks, games, and fun!
Someone Special Dance - Feb. 13th, 2026
Bring a date (parent, grandparent, caregiver) and join us for our Someone Special Dance! The theme is Neon Night so bring your glow sticks, wear your favorite neon and put on your dancing shoes! See you Feb. 13th!
Badger Bash - April 18th, 2026
Our biggest annual fundraiser, Badger Bash is a spectacular time! This celebratory event includes entertainment, a live and silent auction, raffles, games, music and dancing! Open bar and appetizers are included. This event is open to parents, care-givers, teachers, staff and anyone in the community looking to have fun and support our school!
