We are so excited to announce that this book fair was our most successful one ever! 

On Sunday, friends, family and community members gathered together to celebrate Erin Weinstein as we dedicated our Buddy Bench in her honor. 

Thanks to all who participated in Thankful for Teachers month, from everyone who donated to our wonderful volunteers who set it all up!  It was much appreciated by teachers and staff!

Friends of McPherson sponsored five McPherson teachers to go to the Illinois Council for Teachers of Mathematics Conference. We heard that it was fantastic and that everyone appreciated the day of learning!

Thanks to our tireless volunteers and our generous community, FOM recently funded two Donors’ Choose projects for our 8th grade teachers, Ms. Hollister and Ms. McCarthy.

Last week our volunteers added some joy to the staff bathrooms! We decorated the walls, added art, and upgraded their bathroom supplies! We love our teachers and hope they feel the love!

Our class of 2022 8th graders recently sent us some photos from their big end of the year celebration! We were happy to provide them with a photo booth for the evening and it looks like they had a great time with it! Congrats, graduates, and best of luck!

We are thrilled to welcome our new sponsor, Platform Coworking! Platform Coworking has been operating shared work space in Chicago since 2007 and offers offices and work space by the month or day, and meeting rooms by the hour.

On Wednesday, May 25th, students in the McPherson orchestra joined their String Ambassador Buddies for a concert in the Amundsen Auditorium.

We enjoyed celebrating our Teachers & Staff last week! We are so appreciative and grateful to all our teachers and staff who are growing our next generation of leaders - thank you!

Our totals are in and, thanks to all of you, we raised over $26,000! Not only that, but we are thrilled to say that this was by far the highest attended spring fundraiser we have ever hosted!
